The frequency of counseling sessions with Dr. Rojas will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly. Dr. Rojas will work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals.

PsyPact stands for the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, an agreement between participating states and territories in the United States. It allows licensed psychologists like Dr. Rojas to provide telepsychology services across state lines, making therapy more accessible and convenient for clients residing in different jurisdictions. As a member of PsyPact, Dr. Rojas can offer online counseling services to individuals who may be located in a different state than where Dr. Rojas is licensed (Florida). This means that even if you're not physically in Florida, you can still receive quality care from Dr. Rojas. To see if your state participates in PsyPact click here.

Dr. Rojas currently offers video appointments over a secure telehealth platform. This allows clients the flexibility to prioritize their mental health from a convenient and private location of their choosing. Dr. Rojas is able to provide therapy services to individuals residing anywhere in the state of Florida or PsyPact participating states (40 states currently participating).

Dr. Rojas is a bilingual clinical psychologist that is fluent in English and Spanish. If you prefer services in Spanish, please let Dr. Rojas know during your intake screening call or initial evaluation.

The cost of counseling services at Intuitive Connections Counseling varies depending on the type of service you need. Each individual or family's treatment will begin with an initial evaluation where Dr. Rojas will be able to gather information and develop a treatment plan. Initial evaluations are 60 minutes and are $400. Individual and family sessions are 45-50 minutes and are $275. Group skills training sessions are $100.

Dr. Rojas is a licensed psychologist that offers specialized, evidence-based treatment. Because Dr. Rojas offers many services not covered by insurance companies such as phone coaching between sessions, coordination of care with other providers, and team consultation, she does not accept insurance directly. Payment is due in full at the time of service. 

It is recommended that you contact your insurance to verify if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Dr. Rojas will provide you an itemized statement at the beginning of the month detailing the services received the month prior. This is known as a “Superbill” which you’re able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Appointments for all services must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.
